  1. Dear Sir,

I sometimes visit your Asher Mart, Pokhran Road No 2, Thane West Thane, Maharashtra 400601 and was very happy with the services, etc though very aggressive sales persons and noisy cash counters. But on the 25th of March, 2010 I bought many items along with a “Mortein” spray for mosquitoes and insects. Now after the payment by credit card I was handed over 2 bags and so walked out. Eventually, I visited the Delight next door and then I was called back by the boy at the counter for the 3rd bag which contained the Mortein. Now after returning home, my wife informed me that there was a Dettol Handwash free with the Mortien which was never given to me.

I don’t have the bill now to claim the Dettol handwash, but I may never visit this mall. Nevertheless your persons at the counters could less dishonest for the least when customers are busy with many thoughts in mind.

  2. We are regular visitors of Reliance Mart. It is located at Asher, Pokhran Rd. II. Thane(W). Just yesterday we came to know the Mart is closing down very soon. This has created a jolt for us, as we are unaware of any other Reliance Mart in the vicinity. Also I used to find in convenient for our Mother Dairy milk, non-veg. supplies and every other essential supply.
Please let us know how you could help us out in this problem. We are very sure that like us there are other families as well.
Mother Dairy milk is not easily available round about here as I understand.
    Hoping for an early reply.
    Thanking you,
    Mrs. Ganguly,
