   I M RETILER OF UR GSM PREPAID CONNECTION, I HAVE DISTRIBUTE UR NEW GSM CONNECTIONS WITHOUT ANY COST SINCE THE LAUNCHING. SIR I HAVE DISTRIBUTE MORE THEN 150 CONNECTIONS WITHOUT TAKEN ANY SINGLE PIE. UR DISTRIBUTOR EXECUTIVE MANY TIMES COLLECT MY VISITING CARD FOR RELIANCE LIGHTING FLEX BOARD.    reliance care toll free no. of delhi region sucks. i tried around 100 times. it gets connected after few mins, but u would have to wait for minimum 1.5 hours to speak to a customer care executives(sometimes 3-4 hours). many times ur call would be connected to people whom u don’t know.it’s really pathetic. it’s not reliance in fact it is rulaynce(as it makes us to cry).

    If anyone reads my words & belive in it i am shure Reliance GSM will be opted by none .I was using reliance gsm prepaid number 9835251245 . I have 100 complain against this service provider poor network unattanded customer issue cheating in prepaid money poor voice quality to be followed by more . I think company lack efficent staff and proper tracking . They have operating for customers to get irritated for their choice . I feel personally reliance gsm should the last option for a customer .

    Hi
    I am Rajiv Ranjan .I had taken new Reliance prepaid GSM connection(Mob No:9021444175) on 31st dec 2009 in pune .At that time retailer had activated first plan with recharge of worth 43 Rs ,in which I got call @ 1 Rs per 3 Min. After that on my request retailer had activated another plan of worth 77 Rs , in which I got call @ 20p/min.After that I got message from reliance message server accordingly at 9:23:09 am for first request(1 rs/3min) and 9:25:09 am for second request(20p/min) . First day charges deducted for the call was 20p/min for R2R std call ,it was fine.But on 2nd of January I observed that they cut my charge @1Rs/3min.After that I make complain in customer care several time that I have such type of problem, each time they had been said that “I am unable to get your information from server ,please call after some time”. After several trial one of the customer care personal succeed to access the information from server and he was saying that “my first request (1Rs/3Min) was proceed on 2nd jan 2010 by reliance server so it override my second request (20p/min),that’s why it so, so you will have to recharge again with 77 Rs for activating the plan 20p/min ”.And after clearing all the fact he was not ready to write and send the complain against Reliance.
    Fact is I have got two message from reliance message server on 31st Dec that my first plan(1Rs/min) activated first(9:23:09 am) and second plan (20p/min) activated after the first plan that is (9:25:09 am).On other side retailer also not agree to accept any fault and said that ,”Contact Customer Care”. Other hand when I dial *367# it show plan 20p/min and deduct 1 Rs per 3 Min. Why it so I can’t understand.

    Its only means that Reliance Message server sending message without process the request (Note message send on 31st Dec 2009 and proceed on 2nd Jan 2010) or there is no connection between message broadcasting and process request. And these vender making fool and misguide to the customer.

    this provide bad service almost poor network in rural area and many time we face bad network in urban area. the coustmer care person are not fully educated. they send scheme through sms not fully correct and not true
