   Reliance GSM network not receiving when we are in Inside of the house and roaming time. Please extend the freequency for GSM mobiles. It is very much essential and put efforts to extend frequency as early as possible. So many GSM customers suffering and introduce the less call charges plans (rim to rim free etc) like Reliance CDMA offers.

    Poor network, happens mostly in the evening after 7:oopm, please do something coz even after numerous attempts the call does not get connected. Undoubtedly one of the best in std tariff plans, remarkable in local plans. Bravo, Reliance is one of the best mobile service provider in INDIA, Please improve the network specially for GSM,.

    Hi,
    I have taken a brand new connection of Relience GSM prepaid services on Friday 21st August 2009 at 11:00 am, after this i have recharged with Rs 49, i have got a the appropriate balance and after the shopkeeper suggestion i have taken a STD package ( 520 minutes STD free for Rs285) and paid the amount of Rs 285, i have received the recharge message then and there but from that time till date i am not able to avail the service of 520 minutes.

    I recheck with Shopkeeper and contacted Customer Care, initially they said it take minimum 48 hrs to get the service activated, and now they are saying that the service gets activated at same time. after that also i had call 4 times and i am getting a very ridiculous reply saying that Server is down please contact after 2 hrs, I contacted them 5 time after an interval of 2 hrs, but still they did not provide me any solid answer but just an excuse.

    They refuse to log my complain against this and for that they do not have any reason, they are disconnecting the phone line. I mean is this the way Reliance treats his customer, and they are claming that they are fastest internet service provider, how they can do that when they are not able to maintain their own server.

    Now the customer care executive have another story for this issue, according to them they are able to track every details of mine and every calls, but they are able to find that i have recharge with Rs285 but they are unable to track these details, isn’t it ridiculous?

    Can anyone give any suggestion on the above issue??

    Do i need to lodge a complain in consumer forum??

    Are they going to provide me the service for which i have paid already?

    i am yogesh kumar . my mobile no is 9027381773.
    i recharched my gsm sim 24-08-2009. in delhi when i was roaming. after that i recived a call , afterthat i had a balance of Rs.82/somthing.but after somtimes i got to know my balance was -82Rs . i called customercare but i did not satisfy thier answer.
    now if i recharchge my gsm sim then balance will reduce in minse balance.
    now please sort out this problem & give me my balance .
    otherwise i have to throw relince gsm sim .
    and i have to buy other service provider.

    My number is 9590622366 Which I got a few days back duly activated after providing necessary documents as required. In the mean while the connection was barred, when contacted customer care, I was told to visit Reliance web world.
    As advised today I went to Reliance web world and submitted again the documents and photo, and was told that the mobile will be activated within 10 minutes. But the same is not activated yet !!!???

    we are waiting for that. New sim cards are not available. If available places they selling their own rates. some of the top-up cards are also misuse.

    no one is responding well and they take long time to know the details asked. simply keeping us on hold to make money.

    Sir, Reliance mobile signals are mostly poor in Delhi. If I am in Office near CP or at home in East Delhi, most of the time, signal disappears. Whenever I am to make a call, I have to come out of my home or have to go on Roof of my home. Even than often I have to switch off my mob, bring out the Reliance sim from slot and than again put that in the slot to get signals. We pay fully but often receive Very poor Signals which causes many incoming calls unreachable. Even after so unsatisfactory service, there is no provision of free miss call alert from Reliance (which Dolphine/Trump provides free) as this is there fault that there signals are not reaching to customers. This should be the duty of Mobile service provider to provide Free Miss Call Alerts in case Mobile is “Out of reacha” / “Not reachable”.
