    i have just saw with my own eyes
    that in gsm smart sim there is a tariff of 496 for std free
    smart to smart ke liye
    i repeat its msart sim to smart sim not to normal previous reliance sim
    i just wanna ask is this true really that smart to smart std free 24 hrs is 496

    y i am asking again becoz its so foolish of reliance that the same tariff in normal rel is of 799

    this wil decrease the purchase of reliance mobile sets as for the same facilty 300 rs diff is there

    M using relience n it is the worst thing i had ever used i have to call 10 times to make a single
    call. At the same spot there is range to my friend but i m not getting range. i even also cant call Rcare because the are always busy
    from two days m facing the problem for range.

    I never have seen this type worst GSM service in world. After giving each and every type of document’s ur GSM-operator has blocked my SIM within 7days without intimating me. this is not only against our agreement but u have broked the consumer law. For last 7 days i am trying ur CC no *333 , but no one is replying.
    I will wait for another 2days from now.

    i am planning to take GSM sim in Hyderabad.. is there any STD package like Free calls from reliance GSM to reliance GSM. source mobile is hyderabad and destination mobile is Karnataka.
    for example in CDMA we have a prepaid offer like 999 that has reliance to reliance free..
    i checked out in all reliance communication outlets.. not even a single person is aware about GSM SIM offers. please educate your staff..then these queries will be solved more easily.

     I have 2 active connection of reliance gsm and 1 cdma..my elder brother have 1 gsm and 3 cdma,mom has 1 cdma,dad has 1 cdma,bhabhi have 1 cdma..etc..all i want 2 say that we are using reliance too much..but cant get unlimited connected between cdma to gsm also from gsm to cdma..we all are always using 249 for local and 999 for std ..u also dont have family pack,student pack,free std pack between reliance gsm to cdma or cdma to reliance gsm.pls do something..we dont like to use anyother networks..we just love reliance..

     not working call recording function in all company phone & model.
     my mobile set samsung cdma sch-m-569 -9327376202, reliance card not working call recording function and same mobile set working in tata card call recording possible.tata & reliance both cdma service.
     it means reliance signal, system poor VS TATA COMPANY.
     ALSO NOTE I CHECK FULL & FINAL RELIANCE CDMA PREPAID & POSTPAID BOTH CONNECTION CARD NOT WORKKING CALL RECORDING AND TATA CDMA ALL CARD RUNNING CALL RECORDING FUNCTION.

     MEANS COMMON PROBLEM RELIANCE CDMA IN ALL PHONE.

     i tried reliance gsm for their cusotmer experience pack.
     everytime i changed sim card from the mobile handset, it started checking configuration setting n gave error msg. i was fed up of the error msg, leading me to conclude that the new sim card wud ruin my handset. n during the initial period, due to network problem, i cudnt utilise the full free minutes of 3 months period.

     hv they sorted out the system abt configuration of handset?
     n what r the plans of special tariff by rel.gsm. i heard that they hv some Rs. 21 coupan for reduced call charges with 3 months validity
     but their website http://www.rcom.co.in/webapp/Communications/jsp/rmobile/index-gsm.jsp doesnt give any info on it. its surprising that they dont show the info on spl tariff packages.
     how can they expect potential customers if they dont gv proper info on their site itself.

     This msg is for Customer Care, I have GSM prepaid service sim card of your company.

     I had visited to your gallery with a complain which is still unanswered, any international msg’s made, instantly you deduct charges from the balance but unfortunately not a single msg’s has be received on other side and the same time I do not get any sms sent from out of India ….

     Can you return me the charges which you have charged me in las three month’s, which has never delivered from your side ??? Is there any chance to rectify & improve this service ????
