   i got new connection of reliance prepaid gsm service on 1st june 2009. and i recharged of rupees 496.00 on the same day only.
   but after 1day i.e. on 2nd of june 2009 (tuesday)
   the outgoing facility is not possible .
   kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

   Sir,
   My name is Vivek Mehta,I have buy your reliance gsm connection Mobile No-9681765037 in the name of my mother Kiran Mehta Address-5,Duff Street Kolkata-700006 and submitted related documents i.e photo,voter id card xerox and signature of my mother in the form and in documents also on 8/6/2009 and connection started on 10/6/20009 and after one or two days verification call comes in my mothers phone and mother answers all questions as they asked against the said documents given above but at 26/6/2009 a message comes that my outgoing and incoming calls are deactivated i.e my connection has been disconnected by your company then i call your call center through other reliance mobile and asked them why this happens to my connection and they answered that i have to resubmit the documents then i as said by your company gave my dealer the related documents i.e photo,voter id card xerox, pan card xerox of my mother again at 27/6/2009 but still now my connection has not been started yet so i request you to kindly look into the matter and get started my connection as it was before as soon as possible as i am facing very much problems regarding this,So what is the matter please let me know through mail or phone why it is very delaying in the matter.

   we[JYOTI ELECTRONICS] are facing some problem regarding activation of gsm sim cards.As such few activations were made in the last month but after few days the customer lines are been de-activated. Althouth the documents has been submitted to the distributor due to none submision of the form on time by the distributor[NITYA;S]KOLKATA.
   We hope you will look into the matter with a serious though.

    sir/madam
    I am currently using a postpaid connection under the Rs. 350 plan (number 03330238979). An amount outstanding of Rs.822 which had been paid by me in full and final settlement on 12/12/2009. The person concern who had attended my complaint was Mrs. Jayeeta Das . she gave me an assurance that the connection will be restored as soon as possible . But to my utter surprise the connection has`nt been restored as yet and at the same time the monthly rental is charged on my account . Im not able 2 use the facility as promised under the auspicious brand of Reliance Communications.

    so i would like 2 withdraw my postpaid connection of the same number as no prompt action has been taken from your side. plz give a reply on 9830204849

    my land line phone no.30520857, is out of order since 24/03/2011. I tried to make complaint at ph. no.30337777, but no response was received. Then on 28/04/2011, I met the official at J.L. Nehru Road, office, who gave us the toll free number for complaint, when a complaint was made. The concerned line men visited my place on 31/03/2011, for repairing the fault, but could not do nay thing and told me that there is fault in the main cable and would require time.
    Since then the line has remain out of order and nobody turned up repair the fault.
