   Had been to R-Mart in Fatima ngr.Pune today.selected goods of about Rs.400/- and was second in queue.Firstly,only 2 counters open out of several(u will have count).payment counters double up as sales counters where the cashier offers various schemes of Rs.10/- Off if bill is of certain value.I waited for about 10 mins.as the cashier was offering several choices of discounts and answering her queries of the customer ahead.Finally,I had to cancel the idea of buying and left the basket and walked out,but definetely after giving a piece of mind to the staff.I have questions.if you have offers on the cash counter,then why at all sell good inside the store.Local grocerywalas and bhajiwalas are faster and better than you.Why cant the customer get offer info inside the store.why other customers have to wait and watch all this tamasha.I have decided not to buy anything from Reliance and am sure there must be many more.I know you will not reply and I do not need reply from you,but if you reply yourself,I think you will have retain more customers

   sir..
   i would like to draw your kind attention to problem being faced by common people at your renound store for no good reason. i not even know if theres any complain machenism for your customer’s feed back and suggestion. i am a regular at your reliance mart store for over last two years but must say that system has gone careless and services gone poorer for last six months. i just feel it wont take long for people like us to switch back to regural departmental store if problems we face will continue like this. instead of having 7-8 billing counters till 12 in the noon only one or two counters is being operated. on being tired of standing in ques during peek hours if we ask the staff to open other counters we are reported that staff of are still changing to uniform or somthing else. store manager is no where to be found. for billing which can at max take 10-15 mins we have to waste our time for 45mins to an hour. if our time is not valued its shame for the company. on last few ocassions i even had to refill my purchases after billing in my cart to save my own time and meet other priorities such as pick up my son from school on time or go to bank before its shut for lunch hr. its shame that your staffs feel that none can make any difference and continue to chat among themself and dont act upon our suggestions. if we are expected to lift 10 kg rice or aata bags in our own carts we would better go to local stores and have our respect as women back.such attitute has curtailed my four visit to the staore to 1 visit in a month.. and seems i need to explore other options for my own convinience.
   i think these store outlets need to have proper management and survillence if company hasnt forgotten thats its people who brought the company to this standard .

   Sir,
   With reference to advt in Maharashtra Times dt. 12-8-2011 and other advts. reg: “Zen Android Tablet 7″ at discount
   We visited Reliance mart Fatimanagar Pune,on 11-8-2011 and 12-8-2011 and found that the Tabloid is not available in stock. Could not get any firm information on availablity of the same.
   Will your kindly guide when this product will be made available in the store ?
