    It has generally been seen that A C DOES NOT WORK near yhe billing counters.
    We go there every Sunday. As there is lot of rush on Sundays only about half of the billing counters are open. Due to this a lot of time is wasted and persons with physical disability suffer more. PLEASE SEE TO IT

    I purchase a TV Akai from reliance Mart Faridabad 31 July 2011, He committed before max 48 hour TV will reach your mention address. When after 48 hour TV Not came i did inquiry no body not given any answer. When i asked from Sam Mob no 9953966339 he also not able to asked any thing. When i asked what is no. of your in charge he catted your phone.

    Dear Sir,

    I was there at Reliance Mart, Sector 35, Faridabad for shopping on 7th Aug’11. We did some shopping from about 1610hrs to 1650 hrs from the mart.

    We were waiting at the cash counter and we had just two customers ahead of us there. The member on the cash counter was really having several issues in billing and he took over 45 mins to resolve billing for two customers. That too with several issues in both of the customers. Fortunately, there was a survey person standing observing all things and when we had a word with him, he mentioned that he is observing all issues and will take this up with management.

    While our items were closed and we told him to bill our stuff, this person on cash counter was totally lost and continued billing for goods of other customers. While we continued telling him, he said that he has saved our bill and since they have less goods, he will quickly close them in cash billing.

    While observing our bill, we noticed he never closed our billing. However he continued to bill on our bill for goods of other customer (behind us). While I realized it, we told him to correct it and he was a bit reluctant. Guess he was in FRADULENT activity. While we made some noise and called for survey person, he told us that he would reverse the same.

    Not sure what he did and he started correcting the bill. While I asked him to reconcile, he said it was too crowded now and we can come later if we need to have this reconciled. It was really VERY RUDE behavior of his. We also told him to highlight the same for which he did the reversals. We logged it with the person who was conducting survey. In interested of time for others, we decided not to make noise at that time.

    While we came back home, we reconciled with calculator and that there is a billing dispute of Rs. 75/- in this. He did not correctly reverse the things on our bill. After checking it twice, I called the Reliance Mart phone number mentioned on the bill i.e 0129- 4161085, however it was a voice mail. I went forward to record the message but not sure if this would be working for us.

    Request you to please investigate and have this sorted out.

    Action requested:
    • Reversal of Rs. 75/- (appox) due to wrong billing of your staff member
    • Apology letter from “staff” for his RUDE behaviour
    • Investigation report that was this staff member into some FRADULENT activity. Hope he is not been doing so with others. Most customers would not even check due to heavy crowd and when security guards tell customers to come back again.
    • We do not have much time to come back. It will be unnecessary time and cost involved if we come back to Reliance Mart.

    Looking forward to your action.

    We go to Reliance Mart, Faridabad every Saturday. It is generally seen that AC does not work properly near billing and bed-sheet counters. Less than half of the billing counters are operational. Most of the schemes announced are not available. On 06.08.11 in one of the leading daily newspapers you Ad show buy one whisper @ 130/- and get one free, buy two kwality walls cornetto @ 40/-. Surprisingly both the items were not available on the very same day at 11.00 AM. On enquiry, it was told that the itmes have been sold out. Similarly, on one the pyjama stands it was mentioned buy one get one fre, MRP 299/- but at billing the same was denied.

    Sir, immediate urgent steps be taken to avoid this type of fradulent activities and to protect the fair name of AMBANIS.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a LCD ( Reliance Brand) on 29.8.11 on a family occasions with assurance of quality & services. Being a frequent visitor to your Mart i trust the values of People & a big named organisation.

    Sir, on 16th Sept i found that LCD is in dead position & not a single noise heard by me. I immediately contacted the service team on 129- 4161241 / 245 with assurance that technician will reach by tomorrow. in-spite of various follow-ups by me & my family finally technician came to our home & started his research & at the same time another person came for the same job. Both are not in agreement of opening the panel by the first person/technician. This makes a very poor sense of some hidden / untrust values towards my purchase.finally both of them taken the power supply of LCD & committed to replace the same by Sunday -25th Sept.

    Regret to say that now we are again following the mart for the completion of job & start my LCD which is in ideal condition since last two weeks.

    Requesting you to solve the case as soon as possible either replace the whole unit or refund my valuable money in a day or two.

    Sir,

    On 11th Feb 2012 I made a purchase of Rs 794 and paid through my PNB debit card in Reliance Mart
    Sec-35,Crown Interiorz mall,21 KM Stone, Delhi-Mathura Road (NH-2),Faridabad.
    The machine as usual was not working properly and the executive swapped my card from two machines and twice the payment was deducted so instead of Rs 794 I paid Rs 1588. I complained to the Manager in the Mall and he tried to avoid the issue. Now they say that it has not been credited to their account. This is bad service.
