  11. Dear Concerned,

    I have purchased a Nikon P90 Camera from your Store on 24/10/2009. I noticed some problem in that the picture quality is not proper as compared to some low range Digi camera’s. I have paid Rs.27000/- for this product and your customer service people don’t have respect to talk to the customers. With in two days of time I brought the product for replacement and the Store people are saying that once the product is sold we are not responsible for any fault the company and the brand is responsible is it ture. It So I will also write this mail to Nikon saying that your store say this.

    I need a proper response on this issue and I request you to please look into this matter as soon as you can. I am not asking my money back I am asking for the replacement of the product because I have brought this product just 2 days back.

    Hope we solve this issue smoothly.

    I have purchased Desire HD mobile Product serial no.356299044291324. I booked the mobile on 19.02.11 by cheque payment and I received mobile on 25.02.11. While booking your person told me you will get Pouch and scratch guard at the time of deleviery. But unfortunately I have not received. I raise my concorn to Miss. joyti on 25.02.11 who is the floor incharge. She said I will give feedback on Monday i.e. 28.02.11. But She didn’t call me upto 4.0 O’clock. Then I called at 4.30Pm she said I will give u feedback with in 5 minutes because I was busy in the meeting. I don’t undearstand, How she was busy holeday in the meeting. I wait upto 7.0Pm then again I tried to contact her but she didn’t lifted the cell upto 10minutes. After 10 minutes she attended the phone and said I am in wash room I will call u. Again as I expected she didn’t turned uo so again i tried to call her at about 8.30pm. Instaed of attending the phone she replied me I left the office, will arrange on tomorrow. As usually she didn’t called on 01.03.11 and I again I contacted her at 4.60PM at that time also she don’t have proper feedback.
    What is the problem? If customer is buying such high costly product and your feedback is so poor. How he can reliable on your service?
    Please investigate, Your prompt reply is highly appreciated. I totally upset and I will thing 1000times to purchase something in Reliance shop.

    I have bought two casio from reliance digital retail at VASI.THROUGH HDFC crddit card on 30/10/2010 and bill amt of Rs. 4,500.20.

    Sir i requested for duplicate bill for service center purpose since i am residing at ahmedabad. as i have warrenty card but service center at ahmedabad instist for bill and you know your bill is not lying long period as ink problem

    I purchased Sony Home Theater (Model No. DAV-DZ310//CE12 , Serial No. 6107144) from Reliance Digital Indirapuram ,Ghaziabad ,UP on 06/05/2010.
    Unfortunately I lost the purchase bill but I have warranty card with me ,now getting some problem in my Home Theater, I called Sony service center and they told me that they have to replace some part of it and as this product is under warranty so part will be replaced free of cost but I have to show the purchase bill.
    I went to Reliance Digital but they told me that they have only last six months data and old data can be accessed by Mumbai office and give me this email id for further help.
    I would be very thankful to you if you can provide me the duplicate bill of Home Theater otherwise I have to unnecessarily bear the cost of parts.

I visited Reliance super mart Rewari on 13,14,15 june 2013, to purchase a AC and kent water purifier Cost around 50000/-, You had launched a offer to purchase Rs 500 & avail Rs 1000 on Electronics,but every time your teller Machine didnt accept Credit Card. On enquiry with Mr.Pawan & Mr.Mishra he told me that complaint already filled.

    I spend around 2450+Rs in your store to get that coupans, Stand in a long Queue for the SAP entry in your systems & on 13.6.2013 & 15.6.2013 two time processing are completed but at last I was unable to buy Ac and water purifier because of 9 ATM/Credit Card accepting machine were not working from last 4 days. I was fed up & gave that coupons to Security guards and came back.

    I think you are not responsive as well as losing business to Great reliance group(who is busy in making India better) and your unresponsive higher ups are busy to give that business to other outsider retailers to grow other countries.
