  1. I bought DVD home theatre Model # Sony HTIB DAV-DZ370 from Reliance digital store Ghaziabad
    2nd Floor,Shipra Mall
    Indirapuram on NH-24
    Ghaziabad. on 25th of January and i was told that for installation and demo a person would visit on the very next day. In the receipt they do not have any contact number. And no one turned till 27 th. Now it is like that wait and watch the carton with the whole stuff.

    Very rediculus service.

  2. I bought Carrier’s Windiw AC from
    Reliance digital store Ghaziabad
    2nd Floor,Shipra Mall
    Indirapuram on NH-24
    Ghaziabad. on 03rd of May and I was told that for installation and demo a person would visit on the very next day. Since morning I am calling the Customer Care and Service Centre and they are updating that it will be done in 1 hr then 2 hr then by evening and then finally they don’t have exact status.
    Very pathetic service.

I have purchased a Washing Machine (Make : Sanyo, Model : SW 800X2T PA, Article No. : 490019568, S/No. : 20070701249) against Receipt no. 00400157 on dated : 28.10.2007 from your shop (i.e. ‘Reliance Retail’ Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad). Delivery Address for the same was SRB-17D, Shipra Riviera, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, Mobile No. 9899133997.

    It was working properly and there was no any complaint. But, there is a proble in the spinner of this machine. It is not working right now.

    Would request you to send an engineer at my place for the checking / repairing of this machine.

  4. As per experience, I think that I have done a mistake by showing faith in Reliance Digital Store, Hubli.

    Yesterday, I had purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier vide order no 20990055697595 dated 24/7/2009. During time of purchase, I had enquired from Sale Executive-Mr. Shivanand that in my flat water has been stored in tank and it is bore water. Will this product suitable for it?

    He has confirmed that this product is meant for that only. Then I had purchased that product by paying 5190/- by credit card.

    Today, when technical person had come for installation. He asked for water tap with corporation water. I told him that corporation water is not available. You have to install same on tank water which has been stored through bore water only. Then he told me that you have purchased UV product, which is not fit for you and you will not get purity from it. You should have to purchase RO.

    Then, I called Mr. Anil Dass Tech Head-9611796666; he had also ensured that this product is not fit for stored bore water. According to him, I have to purchase RO only. After then they take in conference Mr Pardeep (Showroom). Mr. Pardeep has asked to me come showroom.

    I reached showroom, I have word with Mr. Deepak and Mr. Shivanand. During our conversion, Mr. Shivanand agreed that they had not explained regarding UV and RO, even after my query. Because that sale person till that time was not aware about difference between UV and RO and their right placement. If executive has no product knowledge, then how can the sell right product according customer demand.

    Is Reliance HR not taking care of these things like proper training and product knowledge?

    Then they offered me to purchase RO, costing near about Rs 13500/- . But my pocket does not allow me for that. If sale executive told me earlier, then I shall not go for nay one, as I had budget of Rs 5000/- only.

    Then they offered me credit note of 5190/- with validity of 6 months.

    Why am I bounded with you for purchasing from your store because of your sale executive and HR fault?

    I do not want to purchase any thing from your store, because all others all electronic items are with me .And for what fault, you are going to bound me.

    I had left water purifier in your store only with Mr. Pardeep. I do not want to purchase any thing.

    I want my complete payment reimbursement either in cash or cheque.

    By going through all above, you want to penalize customer due to staff fault (even he agreed on same). As market reputation of your group is very good, I am faith with you in term of justice with me.

    I do not want to purchase any thing from you store, because all electronic items are with me.

    Pl refunds my payment by Monday.

  5. i have purchased a voltas WAC 4010967. Have paid Rs19900/-. Order no. is 20990055827862. date of purchase is 27/05/10. time 12:03:56. the product is not delivered. i have been making calls since long time on the nos 0120-6489316 & 0120-4472222. mr mohit modi picked up the phone and told me to call back. i have yet to recive the product.

    I purchased a Nokia E-63 wort rupees 9229/- from Reliance Digital as on 07/09/2010. I got an offer there and they give Rs. 900/- cash back in the form of Reward Port coupan in following demonition

    I couriered them via DTDC (Shipement no. Z20489275). DTDC sites shows that it has been reached tod estination on 15/09/2010.

    I never get cheque for Rs.900/-. It has been more than 100 days now.

    Could you please look in to the issue? or let me know if I need to escalate it further to some one appropriate or you need any information.

  7. I have bought mobile (samsung – s5830) from reliance digital , shipra mall , gzb. dated 24/09/2011. After using for a day or two.. I realized the battery back-up is not for 2 hours also. I reported this problem to reliance people on 02/10/2011. While selling the product the salesman was very emphatic that if anything happens you can directly contact us, but now they do not want to listen anything because as per the terms and conditions there is no replacement if the same is not reported in a day.

    After requesting they have taken the mobile phone to send the same to samsung service centre dated:02/10/2011 and I was communicated that you will be informed about the progress. Till now i.e.dated:09/10/2011 neither the samsung has communicated nor the reliance.

    I am feeling cheated that I had wasted my 15K.
