   Sub :- Misbehavior of Reliance Autozone, Gopinath Marg, Jainti Market, Jaipur.

   Sir,

   I approached M/ s Reliance Autozone, Gopinath Marg,Near Jainty Market, Jaipur for installation of music system and central lock in my vehicle No. RJ 14 CG 6298 ( Hyundai I-10) on 19.7.2009. They have installed both the music system and central lock, but after that the vehicle has started giving trouble in self start and wiper. The wiper discontented functioning and fuel meter and ado meter also stopped functioning. When I noticed these facts to the notice of the Manager Mr. Aditya Choudary, he did not lend an ear to my problems. With much persuasion he attended the vehicle and one mechanic was called from outside who was drunk already and instead of setting right the problems he created more problems and at mid night I took my vehicle home by applying manpower. Next day when I was starting the vehicle by applying manpower, it lost control and hit the wall and damages occurred from the backside. Next day when I went to Shri Choudhary, he told me that he is helpless and after much persuasion, he called a mechanic from Hyundai who in turn solved the problems but the damages caused at the back side of the vehicle still remains. Since damage was caused only because ot the fault of the mechanic, ie it lost self start, and I had to apply manpower. The mechanic opened the all fuse and steering desk board of my car which was not at all necessary and after opening, he did not close it properly and some nuts were missing. If the mechanic had attended the vehicle properly initially, the problem of self start would not have happened. Thus the Co. has to bear the cost of repairing the damages caused due to self start and hitting the wall and also for the harassment, ie. staying late in the night at the workshop of M/s Reliance AutoZone, had to take two days’ leave from my workplace and also for the mental tension caused due to all these. Therefore, M/ s Reliance AutoZone, Jaipur my please be asked to pay Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) immediately.

   respected sir,
   i am a resident of siliguri, westbengal. sir, here a company called AWM is telling that they r the corportate agent of ur company and for this they r selling a ULIP that named Reliance super investment assure plan, and they r telling that they will give 4lacks in just 14 month by investing 7500 that is one unit, is that possible? i am a very poor man and i cant just destroy my money.
   so sir, please tell me the right way and please tell that awm is ur corporate agent or not.

   I inquired about various products, it is accumulated well.
   My query is about the Guaranty & Warranty on the products to be purchased, especially on the electronic & Electrical fitments done from your store.
   Also I will be interested to know about, ether my warranty/guarantee provided by MARUTI on Wagon R purchased on 01-01-2010 will continue or it will make it lapse.
   Details may please be provided by today evening, as I have to move for fitments tomorrow.

    Sir, I am living in westbengal,Hare a company called AWM is saying that they are a corporate agent of your company and thay are salling a ULIP product named “RELIANCE TRADITIONAL SUPER INVEST SCHEME” and primium is Rs/-6070, and they are giving assurance that they will pay more then 4 lakhs rupees within 14 month.
    now my request is,please enlighten me regarding the AWM and there authenticity.

    Here is complent about your staff and miss management from bangalore location ( HSR layout)

    I enquired about SATguide Go GPS kit and sales person ensure me that the device will be avaliabel in 2 days .

    When i enquired about product arrival after 2 day’s the sales person informed me that it’s in transit and will be avaliable tomorrow. I again called and thios time he told me that his area manager will call me and updated me …. so since last 2 day’s i havent’s received any call ..

    Point 1- When your sales person was not sure about delevery whay can’t he approch his manager ?
    Point 2- Do you expect your customer call you and do the followup ?
    Point 3 - What the hell the area manager goig to talk with me ?

    Because of above nice and sweet interaction i decided not to buy SATguide GPS kit and going to inform them too about this .

    I know all this is not going to address but it will surely close your store soon.

    Faulty product , Multiple time replacement but no solution yet.
    I bought LCD with back view camera from reliance autozone fromJaipur The product was faulty, both of them. They have changed this multiple time but still I am facing the same issue.

    The retail outlets people accpeted the fact, tried to replace it, had no repalcements, refused to refund the the money product.

    It has been three days since then, no calls from them, no basic decencies, no refund.
    This was never expected with reliance they have big name but at customer satisfactions point they are fail everywhere.
    I would never recommend reliance autozone for any of my knownbecause I have really very bad experience with them.
    Small shops are much batter then reliance because they hear our concerns.

    Can somebody adress this issue, they dont have website, or any contact info surprisingly
